Step 1
Go to HoYoLAB website. Just search HoYoLAB on Google. Make sure that you are logged in.
Step 2
Open the inspect window. (Right click and click Inspect)
Step 3
Expand the inspect window until “Applications” tab is visible (Click to view in full)
Step 4
Expand the “cookies” dropdown and click on hoyolabs.
Step 5
In the search bar, type “ltoken” and copy the text in the second circle from the example below. Then paste it on the form at the bottom of this page.
NOTE: If there are multiple results, copy the one beside the hoyolab, not Hoyoverse.
Step 6
Now, search for LTUID and also paste it in the form below.
